I offer strategic individual and family counseling designed to help you better understand what you’re experiencing, develop healthy coping strategies, gain insight, and find practical ways to resolve challenges. Together, we work to turn obstacles into opportunities for growth and stronger connections.

I am licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey. Although my practice is entirely virtual and distance is no barrier, I can only provide services to clients who are located within New Jersey.

Virtual counseling: therapy that comes to you (literally). Skip the commute, the parking lot, and the juggling act of appointments — get professional mental health care from the comfort of your home. Virtual sessions make therapy more convenient and flexible, fitting into busy lives whether you’re balancing work, parenting, or late-night creative bursts.
Remote care expands accessibility: people in rural areas, those with mobility or transportation challenges, and folks with tight schedules can connect with a licensed therapist without traveling long distances. That reduced barrier also helps chip away at stigma — private sessions at home feel less daunting for many, making it easier to reach out for support.
Research supports what many clients report: virtual therapy is effective for a wide range of conditions, from anxiety and depression to trauma and chronic stress. As a therapist, I love being able to meet people who otherwise would have to travel hours to see me — now we work together in the space that’s most comfortable and convenient for them. Flexible, accessible, and effective: virtual counseling brings care closer to where life happens.

Expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where clear communication meets gentle good humor and sharp, impactful insight. We’ll work together to find practical strategies that fit your life, not just ideas that sound good on paper, so you can achieve reliable, meaningful results. I’m a trained and certified CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapist) who practices insight-oriented strategic counseling.
I support parents and families of neurodiverse children and adults managing stress and codependency.
For parents and families, I offer practical tools, emotional coaching, and systems-based strategies to navigate diagnoses, school advocacy, sensory differences, meltdowns, and relationship strains—so you can reduce overwhelm, strengthen connections, and build routines that actually work.
For young adults, I provide a compassionate, skills-focused approach that combines coping strategies, emotion regulation, identity exploration, and goal setting to relieve anxiety and lift depression while promoting independence, healthier relationships, and resilience.
